By purchasing, accessing or using any service provided by SkyServer, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Customer Agreement

By registering an account or purchasing any service, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

Customers are responsible for maintaining account security, login credentials and administrative access.

Any activity performed through your account is considered your responsibility unless otherwise demonstrated.

3. Content Restrictions

Customers may not host, distribute or publish content that violates applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.

5. Abuse Of Resources

SkyServer services are designed to provide a stable and reliable environment for all users.

Activities that negatively impact server stability, performance or network integrity are strictly prohibited.

Accounts causing significant resource abuse may be limited, suspended or terminated to protect platform stability.

6. Spam Policy

SkyServer maintains a strict anti-spam policy.

Customers may not use our infrastructure for sending unsolicited commercial emails, bulk messaging campaigns or abusive communications.

7. Backups

While SkyServer may provide backup systems for certain services, customers remain solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all important data.

Backup availability, retention periods and restoration capabilities may vary by service plan.

SkyServer cannot guarantee recovery of data in all circumstances.

8. 99.95% Uptime Guarantee

SkyServer strives to maintain a minimum network uptime of 99.95% for eligible services.

Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, customer-caused outages and third-party failures may be excluded from uptime calculations.

Service credits, where applicable, shall be governed by the applicable SLA.

9. Domain Names

Domain registrations are governed by the policies and regulations of the applicable registry and registrar.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information and renewing domains before expiration.

10. Billing & Payments

All services are billed according to the selected billing cycle at the time of purchase.

11. Termination Of Service

Service termination may occur with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Customer use of services is at their own risk and subject to the limitations permitted under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within the jurisdiction where SkyServer operates.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
