8. 99.95% Uptime Guarantee
SkyServer strives to maintain a minimum
network uptime of 99.95% for eligible
services.
Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events,
customer-caused outages and third-party
failures may be excluded from uptime
calculations.
Service credits, where applicable, shall be
governed by the applicable SLA.
9. Domain Names
Domain registrations are governed by the
policies and regulations of the applicable
registry and registrar.
Customers are responsible for maintaining
accurate WHOIS information and renewing
domains before expiration.

risk and subject to the limitations

SkyServer operates.
Any disputes arising under these Terms
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
competent courts.
