SkyServer Cloud Technologies is committed to maintaining a secure, ethical and lawful hosting environment for all customers, partners and internet users.

1. Abuse & Unethical Use Policy

SkyServer Cloud Technologies provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS hosting, cloud servers and related services strictly for lawful and ethical purposes.

Any misuse of our services constitutes a direct violation of this policy and may also violate applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to investigate, restrict, suspend or terminate any service involved in abusive, illegal or unethical activity.

2. Permitted Use

SkyServer services may only be used for legitimate websites, applications and business operations that comply with all applicable Indian laws, international regulations and third-party policies.

Customers are expected to operate their services responsibly and ensure their activities do not negatively impact other customers, networks or internet users.

3. Prohibited & Unethical Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SkyServer infrastructure.

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Phishing campaigns
  • Email abuse
  • Brute-force attacks
  • Hacking attempts
  • DDoS attacks
  • Exploitation of vulnerabilities
  • Malware distribution
  • Ransomware hosting
  • Spyware deployment
  • Virus distribution
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Scams or deceptive practices
  • Identity impersonation
  • Copyright infringement
  • Pirated content distribution
  • Illegal file downloads
  • Hosting harmful or illegal content

4. Client Responsibility & Liability

The client is solely responsible for all data, content, software, configurations and activities performed using SkyServer services.

Customers must ensure that all hosted content complies with applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations.

SkyServer Cloud Technologies bears no responsibility or liability for any actions carried out by customers through our services.

Any legal claims, complaints, damages, losses or liabilities arising from client activities remain the sole responsibility of the client.

5. Monitoring, Suspension & Termination

SkyServer continuously monitors its infrastructure to protect customers, network stability and service integrity.

If abuse, misuse, policy violations, security incidents or legal complaints are reported or detected, SkyServer reserves the unconditional right to take immediate action.

  • Investigate reported activity
  • Restrict service functionality
  • Temporarily suspend services
  • Permanently terminate accounts
  • Remove harmful content
  • Cooperate with legal authorities

Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the incident.

Services suspended or terminated due to abuse, misuse or unethical activity are not eligible for refunds, credits or compensation.

6. Report Abuse

If you believe a service hosted on SkyServer is involved in abuse, spam, malware distribution, phishing or any other violation of this policy, please report it immediately.
